Return window
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Some shops or categories may differ; the product page always shows the rule that applies.
How to return
Open your order, tap Request a return, pick the items and reason. The shop reviews it and you'll see each step on the order page.
Refunds
Once the shop accepts the returned item, your refund is sent to the original payment method or as store credit. Cash on delivery orders are refunded as store credit or bank transfer.
