Add products fast
Open My Store → Products → Add product. One clear photo, a name and a price is enough to publish. The AI listing assistant can write the title, description and category from your photo — always read and edit it before saving.
Change many prices or stock at once
Use Products → Bulk price & stock to edit a whole table of prices and stock counts, then save once. For very large catalogues use Upload spreadsheet with the file you download from Download spreadsheet.
Handle orders
New orders appear in My Store → Orders. Mark each parcel as packed, shipped and delivered as it moves. For cash on delivery, tap Confirm cash when the rider hands you the money — this keeps your balance correct.
Get paid
Your earnings collect in your shop balance. Payouts go to the bank or wallet details you saved; check My Store → Payouts for status. Delivery charges you set are added to what the shopper pays.
Grow your shop
Share your shop page with the Share button, keep stock counts honest so you never oversell, reply to shopper messages quickly, and use Promote to feature products when promotions are available.
If something goes wrong
A shopper can open a return or a support case. Answer it from My Store → Returns or Messages — quick, fair answers protect your shop's standing.
