What is covered

How to use it
First message the shop from your order — most problems are fixed quickly this way.
If the shop doesn't resolve it, open Messages and ask Buiss9 support to step in. Our team reviews the order, the chat and the return, and decides fairly.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, or as store credit or bank transfer for cash on delivery orders.
